The Lord Is My Light and My Salvation

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
    whom shall I fear?

The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
    of whom shall I be afraid?

When evildoers assail me
    to eat up my flesh,
my adversaries and foes,
    it is they who stumble and fall.

Though an army encamp against me,
    my heart shall not fear;
though war arise against me,
    yet I will be confident.
One thing have I asked of the Lord,
    that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
    all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
    and to inquire in his temple.

For he will hide me in his shelter
    in the day of trouble;
he will conceal me under the cover of his tent;
    he will lift me high upon a rock.

And now my head shall be lifted up
    above my enemies all around me,
and I will offer in his tent
    sacrifices with shouts of joy;
I will sing and make melody to the Lord.

More Portraits...

My dear blogger buddies,

I do hope you won't get tired of seeing my brother and sister-in-law. They're just SO adorable. :)

Last week they had an early anniversary photo shoot with Miss Allie Dean and I was able to come along. Here are some of my pictures!

Why not listen to Matthew & Leah's "theme song" while you enjoy the photos? :)

I have a ridiculously handsome brother...
...And a ridiculously gorgeous sister-in-law.

Going for a spin!

I love the light and the detailing on this one.

The photographer. :)
A rustic-looking fence.
Laughing together... love it.

Sorry you two... juuust one silly picture. :)

All of these were taken with either a 18-55 mm or 55-200 mm lens.

Spontaneous Portraits...

Whoa.... Aunt Trina can play 'dywin' really well!
Aren't they adorable together? :)
This one is a re-enactment from their engagement...
The hankie that "feels like true love or something!"
Brother and sister - I think we're related. :)
Mom & Daughters
And, not-so-spontaneous portraits!

We had to wait between wind gusts to take the photo. :D
Thanks, Allison for posing your family for me. :)
I ♥ this family. A lot.
Happy Friday!
